Departing from Pokhara at 06:30 A.M. We will head towards the put-in at Bhulhule, just below Annapurna Mountain range, you will see Gurung villages along the buffers of the magnificently blue Marshyangdi. After a few hours of paddling some nonstop, thrilling, steep whitewater, we will jeep to our campsite on the other side of the dam. (don’t be shy! ask locals and your river guides their thoughts about hydropower in the age of rapid national development in Nepal) At the campsite, we will dine by the campfire. Our naturalist-guides will share their vast knowledge of constellations, local folklore and indigenous Gurung music.

Rise n’ Shine! Start your day with a hearty breakfast and get ready to paddle a couple of hours of back to back rapids through some tropical sal-forests until the takeout point in Turture.  Once we unload our boats, you will eat lunch and take the HOC bus back to Pokhara. **The take-out point is only 20 minutes away from the Newari town of Bandipur and the 2nd largest cave in South Asia. **
